It all started when…

John Padon created the Maui Condo Store five years ago to help people navigate the massive condominium market on Maui. With so many variables it is easy to get lost or make the wrong decision. A real estate investor for over 40 years, John knows all about the potential pitfalls of real estate investing. Maui is unique in that many condos are used as vacation rentals and can make positive cash flow annually while still going up in value.

A family man, he spent over 20 years in Las Vegas, NV as an entertainer and investor before moving to Maui with his wife who grew up on Maui and has extended family on the island.
